I went for a photography walk in these lovely first days of Spring. There were plenty of colourful plants all around for me to take macro shots of. I managed to capture this bumble bee enjoying itself on these violet flowers. They (bumble bees) don’t know how to keep still, however the good lighting helped to take a clean enough photo.
As per usual, all the bees were hanging around the purple coloured flowers, but the normal honey bees proved a lot harder to capture in action. Perhaps the trick is to just keep taking photos until one flies into the right position!
More macro flower shots coming up in the next few days 😉
